Deep understanding of diesel trucks
They did a really great job repairing my Ford Powerstroke 6.0 truck that had several malfunctioning fuel injectors and several complicating issues that tends to go along with this circumstance. The situation was stressful to me as I had just got the truck. It was a relief that Kumar was able to take the truck in immediately after I called. They worked the truck into their schedule in the time frame promised, phoned with timely updates, took my calls when I had questions, and finished the job when they said they would. Kumar has a deep understanding of diesel trucks and has outstanding judgement and advice regarding complex repairs. He also has a rare gift of a willingness to go out of his way to convey this information to his customers. The truck has been completely solid ever since they overhauled it.
Awesome and very knowledgeable
Im so happy I found this place ! The staff here are so helpful and actually take the time with you despite of the high volume of customers they receive they make you feel valued, I’m coming from Riverside all the way over here that says a lot. I brought my 08 F-250 for some routine maintenance and they even went the extra mile to make sure everything else is running how it should be. They are Awesome and very knowledgeable highly recommend.
Legitimate diesel shop
I have searched and looked for a legitimate diesel shops for YEARS and have had zero luck. I brought in my 2006 Ford F-250 with a 6.0 that I’ve been trying to get on the road for quite a few years now, took it to Danny over at s&s and in a matter of a few days my truck was running and is back on the road. Pricing was great and Danny and his team were very knowledgeable and easy going. Def recommended this shop. I’m going to be taking my project dodge sprinter van over here next to get that 2.7 diesel looked over.
Terrific experience
I’ve been searching for a independent mechanic that specializes in just a few makes for the last couple years. Even though S&S is primarily a diesel shop when I called to see if they would be willing to service my F150 Kumar was super friendly and willing to take it on. They were able to diagnose my ABS issue quickly and I appreciate that they bench tested the system to confirm the fault rather than just guessing and checking with expensive components. After diagnosis Kumar called me to explain my options and sent me a detailed breakdown of the charges via a web based app. It was so nice to see the itemized list on the app to help comprehend the charges. It’s also super helpful to store the digital records rather than a ton of printed receipts. Overall I had a terrific experience and will be taking my F150 back for service going forward.

Lifelong customer
I am a new customer to S&S and will be a lifelong one. Let me tell you why, before I even decided to take my truck to S&S I called them and from the start they were polite and knowledgeable. The owner knew exactly what I was talking about, understood, and over the phone tried to help me. You have no idea how many shops I’ve called and they don’t know what they are talking about or they are very rude and don’t want to give you the time of day. So after deciding to go with S&S I had my truck towed to there shop. Well there was an incident with the tow truck driver and my truck on arrival to there shop. Immediately one of Kumar's guys called me to tell me what happened, there was no hesitation !! Then upon going up to the shop to pay Kumar I accidentally gave him $100 more on accident, so as I’m leaving Kumar starts running to my car and shows me I paid him too much !! That right there won my trust !! Another thing I like is that the property is gated with barb wire and cameras, so you can assure your vehicle is safe. I like that they take there time and do the job right, they don’t rush anything or do Mickey Mouse work. If you are looking for a great diesel shop to take your rig, look no further and take it to S&S. Let me and all these other good reviews speak for themselves.

The reason I took my 2006 F350 to S&S was because my check engine light went on and the code I got was P0299 and my truck was cranking but wouldn't start. Kumar went over the possibilities of what the problems could be and reassured me that he would be in contact. Sure enough he contacted me daily and explained what needed to be addressed and provided me with options. The truck was in the shop for a total of three business days and now it runs like a top. Thank you to Kumar and his team of mechanics.
Very reasonable price
My son recently bought a previously owned Ford Super Duty from a third party. He had problems immediately and he was referred to Kumar. Kumar drove across town during rush hour with an assistant to take a look at it. No charge. My son had his truck towed to S&S and after a diagnosis was made, he decided to have them do the repairs. Very reasonable price (diesels are costly). Truck runs perfectly now and has a 2 year warranty. So far so good. I'll post an update after a year or so. Meanwhile, I will recommend Kumar's service.
